**While we welcome drop-ins for many classes, we highly recommend registering in advance via the scheduling site, as classes may be canceled due to lack of participants, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Join Katherine at lunchtime for an hour of poses and flow geared towards runners, skiers, and other active folks. While it does not require deep yoga experience, this class is recommended for those working on strength and flexibity and will be vigorous.

Join Christina, yoga instructor and Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner, Wednesdays 6:30pm and Thursdays 12pm. Classes focus on form and alignment, linking postures and sequences from various styles of yoga with breath and movement, and cultivating awareness while building core strength and flexibility to help the mind and nervous system achieve balance. All levels welcome.
Master Chae has been a Tae Kwon Do instructor for 30 years, and specializes in finding individual strengths and teaching ways to remove yourself from a situation. All self-defense courses are held in a safe small-group environment and all methods taught will take into account each student's style, existing injuries, and concerns.
$15 drop-in or use a CHS Martial Arts or YAMA punch pass

*If you are interested in an intro/trial class, or a full 6-week course for your group or workplace, please contact us. We can tailor this class to different genders, age levels, or activities. Master Chae is also accredited as continuing education with CIMT for massage therapist self defense. Also special for April, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we will have reduced-cost classes for your company or group, with grants available for non-profits - please inquire!
SMALL-GROUP fitness CLASSES
We have experienced personal trainers, yoga and group fitness instructors who teach AcroYoga, gentle and vinyasa flow yoga, TRX, kickboxing, weightlifting, Step, medicine ball, and body-weight fitness classes. We can tailor small-group classes or series to your office or group, as well as bring classes on-site. Contact us for more info or to create a class, cost based on location and number of participants.
