Join Zetta, a professional instructor with 30 years experience, for 2 amazing class offerings. To register in advance, please contact us, or speak with the instructor to purchase packages.
Sundays 4:30-6:30pm starting September 7th, Musical Theatre for 12-18 year-olds, including dance, stage acting, vocal coaching, audition technique and performances. Tuition $120/month in advance ($15 per class hour) or $40 per class at the door ($20 per class hour).
Thursdays 6-7:30pm starting September 5th, Adult Dance & Movement, classes will vary in style and technique and include ballet, jazz, modern dance, musical theatre dance, movement for singers, and more. Tuition $48/month in advance ($12 per class), or $150 for a 10-class punchcard ($15 per class), or $20 at the door.
Tuesdays at 6:30pm, join Christina (Thai Yoga Bodywork and yoga instructor) and special guest instructors for an evening of fun and challenging partner yoga, no partner required! This class will be taught at beginner level** with a focus on safety and fundamentals, and include poses for both relaxation and balance. $15, email Christina to register

Master Chae has been a Tae Kwon Do instructor for 30 years, and specializes in finding individual strengths and teaching ways to remove yourself from a situation. All self-defense courses are held in a safe small-group environment and all methods taught will take into account each student's style, existing injuries, and concerns. If you are interested in an intro/trial class (minimum $75/hr and 5 participants), or a full 6-week course for your group or workplace, please email Master Chae. We can tailor this class to different genders, age levels, or activities. Master Chae is also accredited as continuing education with CIMT for massage therapist self defense.
SMALL-GROUP fitness CLASSES
We have experienced personal trainers, yoga and group fitness instructors who teach AcroYoga, gentle and vinyasa flow yoga, TRX, kickboxing, weightlifting, Step, medicine ball, and body-weight fitness classes. We can tailor small-group classes or series to your office or group, as well as bring classes on-site. Contact us for more info or to create a class, cost based on location and number of participants.
