Personal training for individuals, partners or groups is available at your chosen outdoor location, home, office or gym (please confirm that outside trainers are allowed). We welcome personalized plans including 90-minute ($90 minimum) and 45-minute ($60 minimum) sessions, arranged by request. In addition, 2- and 3- session per week packages are also available at a discounted rate if you are looking for a more intense and committed workout program.
We offer training at your chosen location in west Denver at base rates, and within 5 miles of the Denver core (downtown, Lakewood, Arvada, DU) for an additional $10 per session. We also have access to a private fitness studio in downtown Denver, with a great selection of body-weight and machine workout options, which does require a 25% surcharge over base rates for rent (no travel fee). We will be offering limited training times each week at this location, near 18th and Broadway. For training in Brighton, Littleton, Golden, Centennial etc., we have a minimum of $20 additional for travel; please contact us for a quote based on your location and needs.
Single session - $150 including travel to location for 2 hours plus $35 per additional hour
Outdoor 120min+ sessions are intended for events such as climbing 14-ers or mountain biking.* We are happy to offer outdoor options such as running or cycling in our 1-hour sessions - just ask! We also offer 2-hour+ outdoor sessions for partners or small groups, at the location of your choice.

For those who need a more in-depth approach to flexibility, this service provides gentle assistance to deepen your stretches beyond what you can attain isometrically. We will focus on your areas of concern and help you create an at-home stretching plan. Typically 4-6 weeks at 2 sessions per week are recommended to see results.

Additional sessions, 30min - $50 base plus travel; 60min - $90 base plus travel

We can offer many types of group fitness classes at your office, retreat, or other event. We can also tailor classes, seminars or series to your needs. If you want to train with a friend or partner, we also offer a discounted rate when two training sessions take place simultaneously.
$75 minimum for group classes plus additional per-participant cost depending on format, and travel expenses to your location; partner training at 25% off one-on-one rates. Please contact us for a quote.
All services with Yama Training and Wellness require advance cancellation notice except in the event of emergency. Cancellations may be charged as a session at trainer's discretion and depending on circumstances. We do our best to be flexible and find time to reschedule, and ask the same consideration from clients.
